Microsoft Connectivity Tests

Microsoft has several tests that will examine the Exchange services utilized by Nylas and determine if they are running properly. The two services used by Nylas that can be tested are Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) and Exchange Web Services (EWS)

The tests are divided into two sections for accounts hosted by Office365/Exchange Online or accounts hosted by an on-premise Exchange server. Please reach out to the user's email administrator if you are unsure which host is used.

If the test results fail on autodiscovery, follow this guide to perform connectivity tests using advanced settings. If you don't have the server settings already, please ask your email admin for the correct server settings before performing the test.

If the test results fail on any other error, the email admin would need to fix the configuration to make the test result pass. We can help you determine what errors you are getting so your email admin can fix those.
