On the /send response the Zoho provider replies with Unusual sending activity detected.
The provider Zoho have implemented a policy that disallows third parties from bulk sending, their aim being to push customers down their own Zoho campaigns solution.
Solutions:
- Short term: User unblocks the account via https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe
- Long term solution: use a different provider which does not have these limitations, or contact Zoho and see if there is a paid option.
