Unable to create AOL / Yahoo App Password

New AOL / Yahoo accounts may be unable to create App Passwords to use with Nylas.

 

Attempting to create an App Password in the AOL / Yahoo web client will produce an error stating "Something went wrong, try again later!"

 

Please reach out to AOL / Yahoo for assistance. Nylas does not support AOL / Yahoo's OAuth process so we need an App Password to work with AOL / Yahoo accounts that have 2FA/MFA enabled.

 

Some users have reported success generating an App Password from AOL / Yahoo mobile apps.
