Microsoft "Need admin approval - This app may be risky" message during authentication

This message can come up after a user attempts to log into your app.  It means that your app has to be verified on the Microsoft Partner Network as a publisher. 

From Microsoft:

Publisher verification gives app users and organization admins information about the authenticity of a developer who publishes an app that integrates with the Microsoft identity platform.
