First, make sure the ID matches your Azure Client ID in both Nylas and your Azure Portal.
This error typically occurs from one of these issues.
1: The email administrator has revoked or not consented to this Azure app. Please raise the error to the user's email administrator.
2: [V2 API ONLY] The mailbox has a Microsoft Free or Family license and is trying to authenticate with our v2 API using the Office365 provider. You need to use the Outlook provider for this mailbox. If you are using Native authentication, send the username and password instead of getting a refresh token.
