How does scheduler determine the timezone?


We use the browser time zone not the IP address, you can find your here https://webbrowsertools.com/timezone/ 

 

We are caching the user's choice in their browser. I was able to reproduce this on my end by opening up an incognito mode and changing the timezone location, then opening a new tab with the same scheduler and it was updated to my new timezone location
