Using Hosted Authentication and receiving an Illegal re-direct URI 400 error

Description

The error for Illegal redirect_uri below occurs while attempting to authenticate with Hosted Authentication. This may happen because of an invalid URI.

Illegal redirect_uri dashboard-test.test.com/profile?sync_action=sync. You must provide one of the callback URLs configured for your application in the Nylas Dashboard.

Resolution

Add the new redirect URI on the Nylas Dashboard for App Settings. Select your application's Callback URI. Confirm a valid URI on the request.
