Application not found when authenticating with Zoom?

If your user is encountering the following error when trying to authenticate a Zoom account into Nylas:

 If the issue persists, please follow the following steps:

1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal:

  • Log in to the Zoom web portal as the account owner or administrator.

2. Navigate to User Management:

3. Add Users:

Click Add Users.



4. Enter User Details:

  • In the "Add Users" pop-up, enter the user information, including their email address. 

  • You can add multiple users by separating email addresses with commas. 

  • You may need to select the license type (e.g., Basic or Pro) depending on your account and the user's needs. 
     

5. Send Invitations:

  • Click Add to send an invitation to the new user(s).
  • The invited user(s) will receive an email invitation to join your Zoom account. 
     

6. Monitor Pending Invitations:

  • You can check if the invitation is still waiting to be accepted by clicking on the Pending section of the User Management page. 

7. User added needs to accept invitation in the email.

8. User can now re-authenticate in Nylas using Zoom provider.
