Why did my confirmed meeting booking have a cancellation?

Description

The response below may occur after booking a meeting and receiving the meeting confirmation. This response includes a cancellation notification with an update to the account's calendar. 

This event has been cancelled and removed from your calendar.
Reason for cancellation: Declined calendar event.

Solution

This issue may occur when the account's calendar has the Auto decline meetings configuration. Check the account and deactivate this option to avoid this issue.
