Why can't I see any applications in my Nylas Dashboard even though I'm part of the organization?

If you're seeing empty views in both v2 and v3 dashboards despite being part of an organization, the most common cause is that your email address isn't properly associated with your organization's Nylas Dashboard account. You need to have admin privileges to view the applications, please ask one of the administrators of your Organisation to grant your dashboard account admin privileges via:
To resolve this issue:
- Contact an admin in your organization who has access to the Nylas Dashboard
- Request to be added through the organization's membership settings
- Admin steps: The admin should navigate to the membership settings in the dashboard and invite your email address (Nylas Dashboard > Org Settings > Team members > Edit)
- Verify access: Once added, you should be able to see all applications associated with your organization
Note: This can happen even if you've been previously invited or if a colleague attempts to re-invite you. The key is ensuring your email is properly associated with the organization's account through the membership settings.
