Pausing webhooks and webhook retries?

Pausing a webhook sets the webhook to an inactive state, during which, it will not record any data or updates. Anything that comes in during the pause will not be queued and sent after the pause.

We wait 10 seconds for a response from the endpoint, and retry sending a webhook for 30 minutes and fail the webhook endpoint after 72 hours.
