I changed my password but didn't received an 'account.invalid' webhook and the account is still running.

Exchange and Outlook accounts have a known issue with this scenario and may continue to allow connections after the account's password has been changed.

From our side, there can be up to a 24 hour delay before Microsoft invalidates the password or token.



If you're experiencing this with another provider, please take note of the time you changed the credentials and include it when opening up a support ticket with us.
