Problem

Users are experiencing issues or are unable to connect their Zoho mailbox with Nylas.
Solution
- Create an app password from the Zoho user interface. See this Zoho Knowledge Base article for steps-by-steps instructions: Generate an App-specific Password.
- Start the authentication process with Nylas
- Select Custom IMAP settings as per screenshot below
- Use the previously generated app-specific password and the correct server settings required for the email address to connect with a 3rd party application like Nylas.
