Why does my email appear in two folders in my IMAP acocunt?

An email appears in two system folders, which can include draft / inbox / sent / trash.

To resolve this please apply the correct folder role, which is the attribute name to the correct folder display_name.


To do this review the folders / ask the customer which is the correct folder and then PUT and update the rolename attribute tocorrect value. Only one folder can have a specific role (what our API calls name).
