Why is my account status still initializing even though the configuration is correct?

Description

When using the Return an Account endpoint, the response for the sync_state field may result in initializing. This may differ from the Nylas Dashboard status. This applies to accounts with only the email.send scopes. With nothing to sync, Nylas downloads folders to determine the account's status.

Solution

Accounts with this behavior are expected. The Nylas Dashboard sync_state is the up to date status. The initializing sync state is an ongoing bug. We are working on resolving this issue.
